Our Picnic Menu
This year we are upgrading our picnic menu. Nathan Baldwin, GCB parent and smoked meat gourmet, will be providing Southern Slow-Smoked Sliced Brisket and Southern Slow-Smoked Pulled Pork, both served with Montgomery Inn barbeque sauce on the side. Sliced roast turkey from Zinc’s in Franklin will be a third choice.
You can choose sliced french bread or sandwich roll (both baked fresh by GCB Artistic Director Barbara Pontecorvo) for your sandwich, and add swiss or cheddar cheese.
Complete your picnic meal with your choice of two sides for your group: Mediterranean Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, or Veggie Pasta Salad.
In addition there will be packaged snacks at the table, and a variety of non-alcoholic and adult beverages available for a voluntary donation (CASH ONLY PLEASE)
